Conestoga Golf Club - Raves & Rates

The Conestoga Golf Club in Sun City Mesquite will open to Sun City Mesquite residents November 6, 2009. The par 72 championship course, owned by Pulte and operated by the nationally regarded Troon Corporation, is a public course. This means the HOA of Sun City Mesquite will have no cost for course maintenance, operation or improvement.

Taking full advantage of the rolling hills and canyons within Sun City Mesquite, the course has front holes 2-7 that weave through canyons.

Golf Rates

Residents will have VERY attractive rates, particularly compared to the public rates.

One should also be aware of the annual Mesquite Golf Pass, that for $115 offers a free round of golf plus substantially reduced rates for five courses in Mesquite. Sorry, Wolf Creek is not included, but courageous golfers must play that course too. Golfers may also drive the quick 30 freeway minutes to St. George UT for some dozen courses.

The one hour time change allows you to return to Mesquite before you left!

Mesquite is truly already a golfer’s heaven.
With the SCM Conestoga course it becomes even more heavenly!
